BEK WORK:
BEK have recently completed Phase 1 Site Investigation at a historic site in Padiham. Although prior to recent demolition the site was disused, it has a deep heritage within Lancashire, once housing over 1000 looms, powered by one of the quintessential historic engines developed by W&J Yates of Blackburn; the engine is now located in Bath and is designated an ancient monument. The assessment has ensured the site can be safely redeveloped for residents.
